Rated to protect your vital business records, Schwab Fire and Impact Rated Record Cabinets have been built to exceed the stringent UL label requirements for the following tests:

A one hour test for fire resistance in external temperatures exceeding 1700°F.
A 30 foot drop impact-resistance test in addition to a 1550°F fire resistance test.
A 2000°F explosion hazard resistance test.

Lifetime Warranty

Schwab warrants that it will repair or replace any cabinet part manufactured by Schwab that fails in normal use as a result of defects in materials or workmanship free of charge for a period of one year as long as the original registered purchaser owns the cabinet.

Lifetime Free After-the-Fire Replacement Warranty

In the event this product is damaged by fire while in the possession of the original purchaser as shown on the warranty registration card, Schwab warrants that it will replace the product free of charge.

Adjustable Shelf is flat and adjusts at 1/4" intervals.	Roll-out Shelf extends completely on a ball-bearing suspension.	Flat Drawer, with lock is complete with handle and key lock and can be used with a removable cash or check card tray .	Legal Drawer with lock is full legal size, and is furnished with a handle, label holder, follower block and lock.	Printout Hanger Bar with Shelf spans cabinet interior and may be moved at 1/2" intervals for a wide variety of storage uses.
